Simulate of Rotation (Wind turbine)

I am beginner in Star ccm+ and I want to make a model to simulate a wind turbine (Vertical Axis Wind Turbine VAWT) I am confused about the way to provide the rotation to the rotor. MRF, RBM, 6DOF..

Which is the best way?
How to make the simulation?
Do I make 2 regions?
Someone who can help me?
