Hello all,
Iam trying to generate direct Mesh for T-junction pipe but unfortunately I couldn't be able to perform it. the problem is when I wanted to define the direct mesh from the operation I didn't find any surface for that part.

I suspect the problem related to the modeling of the geometry ( I extruded 2 pipes at different plane to create that T- shape).

if this is the case what is the proper way for creating T pipe?
if not how I can proceed with the direct mesh and how I can generate dense mesh without using refinement tool?

this is my first trial on Star.........
have a nice weekend.........

regards
