i get an error Wrapper::generateOctreeMesh: Largest Internal Volume does not exist. Try reducing the smallest relevant volume or reducing refinement sizes..can you help me igure out this..

This depends on what your model looks like, but if you know from where you want the wrapper to be seeded, you can change from meshing the largest internal volume, to actually selecting the volume. Click on Regions- Mesh Conditions- Volume of Interest Specification and change the method.
You might also want to check the scaling of your model. |

how do i exactly check the scaling of model.this is my second project using star ccm+, and i would like to know in little detail to understand.appreciate your quick response.MY MODEL IS BASCIALLY AN SUV WRAPPED IN WIND TUNNEL.

There should be a ruler on your toolbar. Measure anything on the car and see if it is scaled correctly. If your model is scaled way down, the wrapper might not work if the base size of mesh is larger than the size of your model.
If your scaling is correct, try specifying a seed point for your wrapper. |

now i get a pop saying a facetype may belong to only one wrapper subgroup.

I'm not sure what that could mean. Look through this video, and it may help you set up your model to be wrapped.
