I am running a simulation for a sphere with seam in air flow. when i rotated the seam and ran the simulation again, the solution is not converging. I did keep all the conditions same as the earlier case.
Can suggest me what to check if your Tke and Tdr aren't converging?

Try selecting "Cell Quality Remediation" as an optional physics model.

It could also mean that you need to decrease your mesh size.

Hi
Along with addition of cell quality remediation reduce the under relaxition parameter.
Still if it does not work then change the boundary conditions to lower values.
