User Wall Heat Flux
I am having difficulty understanding the User Wall Heat Flux Coefficients. I have set up an example:
When I have a solid block with 4 adiabatic sides, 1 constant temperature, and 1 with a standard Heat Flux of 800W/m2. I then checked the results and changed the boundary condition to a specified user wall heat flux coefficient (and turned off the previous Heat Flux BC). When I set the A coeff. to 800W/m2, and B, C, D = 0, I get results that are different. Shouldn't I get the same results? When I check the scalar boundary heat flux for the second case, I get 0 flux everywhere. Perhaps I am understanding this incorrectly. Thanks! |
