Hi guys!
I'm trying to create a 2D mesh in StarCCM 7.02 but i have some problems. Thise is the process that i have made: - Import the geometry from solid works as parasolid. - Create the block domain - Substract the geometry from the domain - Create the regions - Define the mesh conditions - Create volume mesh - Convert to 2D It is in the last step when I have problems because it only convert to 2D the geometry, nothing else. I hope somebody can help me! cheers |

I would like to just mention couple of things. First, for converting the mesh into 2D the boundary plane should be at z=0. I wonder how you get 2D geometry but not the mesh. |
