Isosurface problem

Hi, I am currently analyzing a hull and I am having some issues with the isosurface parameters. Apparently it is stopping right at the outlet, which creates some unwanted currents damaging the analysis. Here's the picture of what's happening:

I did the Boat in Head Waves Tutorial and everything worked great. I am not sure what I am doing wrong with this one.

Also, while the boat in the Scalar scene seems to be where it needs to be in the water

In any other scene, it seems to be way lower than where it is supposed to go.

Is there a fixed way to change the height or give it the exact position you want it to be in relation to the waterline designed for? I played a bit with the parameters and I thought I found it, however seeing the pictures above, in some scenes it seems way off.

I appreciate any help!
