How to improve bad Volume Mesh in Edges

Hello,

The following picture shows my current Mesh condition in my volume mesh.

Do you have an idea, how to improve the edge quality of the prism layer?

maybe you should try to reduce the prism layer thickness.

Have u tried calculating the estimated y+ value?

The y+ value is mostly 1

Another possibility would be to use the Advancing Layer Mesher instead of the polyhedral mesher.
I read about it here but never used it myself

Is it essential that you use prism layers? If it is not do not use prim layers and instead work on your mesh size and growth rate.
