Force Acting on C-D Nozzle Walls

Hello all,

I've been encountering an odd phenomenon in my simulation of slow flow (of water) in a converging-diverging pipe. At 0psi and 40 degrees F with velocities in the range of 0.083m/s to 0.415m/s, the net forces on HALF of the C-D nozzle is on the order of 1E-4 lbf. The geometry is essentially 0.5in diameter by 2.0in length. This force for this geometry seems entirely too small. I was wondering if perhaps I am not taking the force on the correct part. This has been a big hassle for me. Thank you for any information.
