How can I make periodic boundaries be conform?

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to make a mesh for the simulation of an axial fan. Here I have two periodic patches which need to be 100% conform (because I need the mesh to calculate with OpenFOAM) that means the nodes on the periodic surfaces need to match by 100% when rotating the patch by a certain angle. I already defined a periodic interface and meshed it afterwards with tet or hex cells but neither one results in two conform faces... Does anyone have an idea how to define this conformity  ?

Best regards,

Frank Ubber
