Heat exchanger - Go kart radiator

I am trying to model a combustion engine radiator (two rank deep tubes) in the ccm+ package, using a porous medium. Could anyone recommend values for the

1. Porous inertial Resistance
2. Pousous viscous resistance

I know that all radiators are different but any "ball park" would make me happier than with what I have now.
