What is the meaning of "update the geometry" in cd-adapco press info

I've been using Fluent for a while but am always interested in advances in other products.

I recently got excited because I see that Star-CCM+ advertises "post-process, update the geometry and automatically rerun the calculation, all within a single coherent environment..."

Does this mean that I can take a simulation I am working in and then modify my geometry after my sim without needing to reenter boundary conditions, etc? Just, for example, shorten a wall, move a curve and reclose geometry. Click "go" and it'll remesh and run the simulation out of the box?

Yes that is exactly what it means.

You also can create simple geometries with parametric dimensions and make design studies within STAR-CCM+. And, as you said, it is also possible import a new similar geometry with some modifications and use the previous solution as the initial conditions of the new one.
