Bad heat balance

Hello everybody. I am using Star-CCM+ 5.02 and dual cells heat exchangers. When checking the heat balance I found that 700 W disappeared although the simulation converged.
I tried in 5.04 but same problem.
Any idea how to improve the heat balance?

It is really hard to judge how you could improve your simulation with this sparse infomation.
Maybe you can describe a little bit more detailed what you have done, how you found the problem, what your domain looks like etc...
I don't even know if 700W are rather 0,00001% or 10000% of the desired heat flux, which makes a huge difference on judgement of the solution.

ok. sorry about that . 700W = more than 10% error. Not acceptable for me. The case is an heat exchanger I modeled with dual cells on both sides. I calculate the heat balance by making a heat transfer report on the inlets and outlets of both sides.

you should descibe your case and physical model ( steady, unsteady, laminar........, etc)
