What CAD software are you using?

Sounds like you do not have the license for STAR's CAD reader for your CAD package

Export as stp or igs format... I suggest, if you have any other CAD, to open the igs or stp created in CATIA and save as parasolid.....

The licenses for Native CAD import (import the .part or .product) must be bought separately...
