pressure drop in pipe, prob with y+ and solver

Hi there,
i got a pipe and want to set up a rough boundary, i want to validate the pressure drop of a real pipe...(v=15m/s sry no overall Re yet, diameter 0,2m, fluid is air incompressible), is there any suggestion in choosing solver (in subject to y+) and physic model?

I would use the segregated solver, k-e two-layer turbulence model and most other physics models are self-explanatory.

Another tip: try to keep the y+ in the region of 30<y+<100 if you're using wall functions...
