The interactions between two solids in an air region.

Hello

I've made two solids region into a fluid region(Air) and i'd like to see the heat influence of the solids on each others and air.I,ve created interface between the solids and air .the influence of the solids on the air can be seen correctly.but the problem is that those solids dont have any influence on each other!
As you know in real, the air is warmed by one of the solids, has influence on another solids.but in my simulation those two solids just have influence on the air.(they are near each other and they must have influence on each other).
does anyone know what the problem is?
Thank you in advance.

If you mean the influence caused of radiation, you have to choose a radiation model (S2S e.g.). But cause of the low temperatures in your case it wont be worthy of mention, so you can easily neglect these kind of heat transfer.

How big is the air gap between your solids? And how much influence do you expect when your solids got a temperature difference less than 5K?

Thank you for the answer.
I,ve attached the picture to my post.I mean the heat transfer between those two solid parts because of low temperature,,
(the above body(spindle) has the constant temperature and the main body is adiabatic, therefor i expect that the spinde influences on the main body, but it doesn't influence)
the temperature distribution in the main body are same for all points(even the points near spindle!)
Also i set high temperature for the above body but again no influence was seen.

And I,ve found another problem !
in spite of having temperature distribution in my simulation,,,heat transfer for all point are zero!!!!!

Check if the interfaces are created sucessfully. You can check this at the remeshed surface representation by having a look on how many faces are in the interface node (see the attached picture) and how many are still in the boundary.
