Issue of Mesh

Does anyone know what it means?

I would guess that the surface isn't closed. Try running the mesh diagnostic tool on the surface mesh to check for problems. You may need to run the surface wrapper (and remesher) to get a good surface mesh.

The warning will be another one if surface is not closed I also selected surface wrapper and mesher The result of mesh diagnostic is attached How can I fix them properly? Thanks |

Read the help guide on surface repair....you have a lot of work to do. Do not pay attention to Poor Quality and Close Proximity faces, those will be fixed by remesher. It is the others you have to fix. It might be better to work on the geometry ni the CAD environment to clean it up more. Alternatively, try the surface wrapper. |

No coincident faces found. What does this mean? I tried to import my geometry again and then extract internal volume |

Thanks |
Just repair it manually on part level. That might be faster and you can rely on the result. On a part as simple as yours you really don't need the surface wrapper.
Have a look on the user guide and the tutorials how to do that. For me it looks like you could fix the most errors by zipping the free edges. Maybe you also need to get rid of some faces due to the non-manifold edges, but that's hard to judge without a closer look on the geometry. I estimate that's less than an hour of work. |

However, what causes the bad quality of surface? I just import it from SolidWorks |

It goes back to your initial surface. Usually you want to have 0 errors (meaning pierced faces, etc). You need to repair those by hand (see tutorial guide for how to do this) before meshing. |

Can I mesh parts separately and finally combine them together? |

Why still can not perform mesh generation? Thanks |
