Hi,

I am using STAR-CD and es_ice to simulate DISI engine combustion. I am having trouble trying to setup the injection phase of the simulation. At the moment working through all of the tutorials for es_ice v4.18 i haven't come across any useful setup info for gasoline injection.

Basically how do I enable pro-STAR to let me define the injection parameters.

Any help would be more than welcome.

you can define the injection of liquid gasoline fuel in prostar "Lagrangian Multi-Phase" folders. before that you should switch "Multi-Phase Treatment" option to "Lagrangian" in "Analysis Features" folder/Panel.

I think it is great helpful to read and follow the basic work process in "bpg_man.pdf" file in starcd install directory such as ....\...\STARCDMAN\4.18.019\generic\es-ice\bestPG
