Query? CEA

Hi every one.
At present, I am using STAR-CD Version 4.06.
I have a query about the CEA package which use to calculate polynominal
coefficients required by the combustion model (The Reaction Model is PPDF Single Fuel).
There is an error message: cannot execute cea program?
I don't understand for reasons that the program can't execute. (Although all step is executed along with the guide)
Please, explain it for me.

STAR-Launch shows a ERROR: 'rm' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file when used the program STAR-CD.
I don't understand what is the error?
please help me.
