I use the trimming method for analysis of the engine.
In running the star solver, DBG#.#.smoothed_grid.cel and .vrt files are automatically made in the working directory. I am wondering the function of these files and the reason to be made the files. Thank you. |

The mesh you made is not very ideal for every timestep, if negative volume cells are presented at some timstep, es-ice will smooth the mesh, and generate some DBG#.#.smoothed_grid.cel and .vrt files.
I always delete these temp files when I find them in the harddisk. |
