Hi All,

Does any one have an idea about how to get liquid penetration length and lift-off length of spray? Is it possible to obtain those data by using script?

Thank you in advance.

You can write a script to compute those parameters. However, querying droplet information for an entire transient using Prostar can be rather slow. If you want to see how these parameters evolve during the injection event, it is better to include code within posdat.f. That way the quantities are computed while the job solves. Include a few lines of code which writes the values into a text file at each time step.

Thank you for sharing the idea. If there is any example, it will be great.
