Hi I have completed the installation of star-cd 4.02 on window xp mode (virtual PC) in windows 7 ultimate, but when i started my Prostar, it gave this error:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Checking license file: C:\Program Files\CD-adapco\STAR-CD\license\license.dat Checking license file: C:\Program Files\CD-adapco\STAR-CD/license/license.dat Failed to get all licenses needed for this job. Asked for 1 licenses of prostar|starsuite --------------------------------------------------------------------------- however i did not have problem installing and using it in Windows XP os in my old dell laptop. Please help!!! |

Why don't you install it natively? Why use such an old version ? I have 4.16 installed and I'm not sure I am up to date.
