Hi there!
I'm using ANSYS Workbench Mechanial R15. I read in the manual that I can use NLADAPTIVE command to get adaptive remeshing for (high deformation) nonlinear analysis.

I added this command snippet (same as described in an example in the manual) but it won't work. Am I missing something? I inserted The Large Deflection ON above, below and in middle of the code and it works fine. So I guess the solver does take note of the whole command.

Code:
! Component Making
esel,all
cm,cmall,elem

! Large Deflection ON
nlgeom,on

! Nonlinear adaptivity criteria
nladaptive,cmall,add,energy,mean,0.01

! Nonlinear adaptivity toggle ON for every substep
nladaptive,cmall,on,,,1
