Dear Engineers
Hi
I am modelling a non-linear buckling. At first stage, I modeled static structural and after that linear buckling. For modeling non-linear buckling, I transfered data to new mechanical APDL from the solution part of Linear buckling. and I wrote this code:
/prep7
upgeom,,,,file,rst
cdwrite,db,file,cdb

then I updated the mechanical APDL and Itransfered it to finite element modeler and I faced a very very deformed Structure. Although I had a force of only 1 nioton!!!
why is it like thiS?
