V4.0 Windows binaries installation?

I downloaded the latest windows 7 installer and ran it, letting it install to the default C:\SU2 directory. When I try to run it, I get an error window saying the program can't start because libiomp5md.dll is missing. Try reinstalling to fix the problem.
I tried reinstalling and even redownloading, but no luck.

Any thoughts?

Dear Dave,

In order to solve the problem, you should download the "libiomp5md.dll" file to your local machine under C:\Windows\System32

We've found that library for OpenMP support is also included in the serial version. We'll change the installer file soon.

Done. Now the error I get (just trying to run the basic QuickStart case) is:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

Remove the downloaded lib.
Install the "Redistributable libraries for the Intel® C++ Compiler", reboot and try again. Download

any info about the parallel version of precompiled SU2 v4.0.0 on windows?
I have problem using the single threaded precompiled version for running parallel.
it said "mpirun is not recognized as internal or external command ...."
I don't know what mpirun it's trying to run. either I'm doing it wrong or SU2 V4.0.0 doesn't support fully yet on windows, I don't know. any answer will be appreciated
