Problems Running Transonic Airfoil Tutorial

Hello,

I am trying to run the Transonic Airfoil Optimization Tutorial and I keep getting this error when I run it:

File "shape_optimization.py", line 35, in <module>
import SU2
ImportError: No module named SU2

I am not sure how to go about fixing this error. I am using the Windows version of SU2, running it in the DOS Command Prompt with the following command: python shape_optimization.py -f inv_NACA0012_basic.cfg

I have also downloaded the Python libraries required to run the optimization.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi mmellon,

you need to add the installation directory to the environment variables like it is explained here: https://github.com/su2code/SU2/wiki/...s-Installation
