Default Open Rotor TestCase problem

I am trying to run the open_rotor test case. Even though the input file has RESTART_SOL=NO, the code still crashes with the following error message. I am sure this is something very simple, and appreciate the help in advance.

Area projection in the z-plane = 0.0748494.
Initialize jacobian structure (Euler). MG level: 0.
There is no flow restart file!! solution_flow.dat.

rktchip is on a distinguished road
you might have it set to MATH_PROBLEM=ADJOINT, in which case it would look for this file. Make sure MATH_PROBLEM=DIRECT
