Reference Origin for Moment Computation

Dear All,

In the configuration file, the reference origin for moment computation is defined as:
REF_ORIGIN_MOMENT_X = 0.25
REF_ORIGIN_MOMENT_Y = 0.00
REF_ORIGIN_MOMENT_Z = 0.00
Does this reference origin is based on the mesh coordinate system? Is it defined in non-dimensionalized form as well?

Regards,

Yosheph

Dear Yosheph,

The reference origin for moment computation is based on the mesh coordinate system. It is not defined in non-dimensional form.

Best,

Santiago

Hi,

these coordinates are the absolute coordinates of the origin for moment computations ?

Thank you,
Alexandre
