The SU2 team and others are working on some FSI capabilities however these are not yet ready for use.

You may find that coupling through python is useful for your case. For examples of calling SU2 with python please see the scripts in the SU2_PY folder of the source code. Then you must convert the SU2 output files to the inputs needed by the second solver.
