normal profils in tecplot!

dear for all, I utilise the tecplot for visualise the iso-pressures, iso-Mach,...arrond a naca0012 airfoil. The resultats are obtained with a 2Dnavier-stokes solvers in unstructured grid. Is there any body know how to obtain the normals profils (velocity,..)from the iso-visualisation in 2D dimension. very thanks
