Bounded slice in Tecplot possible?
 

Hello all:

Is any one aware of trimming a slice in tecplot,

for e.g., if I have a Tecplot slice running through my pipe cross section assembly (4 pipes), Can I somehow have the slice bounded to consist only one pipe.

Or can I create a new zone which has the data required to ploe a slice through it. I created a new zone,but it fails to show any fluid data in it. So whats the use of having the "create a new zone" in Tecplot?

u could use (value (spatial or filed) or ijk, ...) blanking to filter a portion of domain
