This is what you can look forward to:

* To  provide analytical support to design and development projects, both in-
house and external within a growing organization to help drive advanced 
technologies forward by supporting design specifications and test work with 
high level simulation.
* To deliver the analysis work on engine and vehicle projects (OD,1Dand 3D, 
fluid and structural)
* To coordinate analysis for MAHLE Powertrain NAFTA customers being run by 
internal or external analysis teams. 

These are your accomplishments:

* Bachelors and Masters Degree in relevant field and five years of related 
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in engine component and vehicle simulation analysis
* Must be capable of performing classical based analysis in addition to the 
application of established analysis tools.  

This is what you can offer:

*A thorough knowledge of thermo and fluid dynamics.  A detailed knowledge of 
hybrids would be desirable.
*In depth knowledge and experience of 3D as well as 1D fluid analysis and 
vehicle prediction simulation (Including hybrid vehicles) and modeling 
preferably gained within an Automotive OEM or a consultancy.    
*Must be capable of performing classical based analysis in addition to the 
application of established analysis tools. 
*Use of CFD code, including codes such as Fluent, StartCD/CCM+, Converge, 
OpenFoam, KIVA, etc.                     
* Works effectively with a variety of people such as management, design, 
calibration and build engineers, as well as customers and supplier 
representatives
*Intimate knowledge of customer processes and procedures
*Experience in multiple customer analysis techniques and technologies
*Ability to identify, communicate and develop potential business opportunities 
for MPT
*Articulate and be able to present analysis material to a wide range of 
audiences.
