Technical Architect - Object Oriented Design (OOD)

My client develops cutting-edge technology for customers globally within the 
Electronic Design Automation and Mechanical Analysis industry. They require a 
technical specialist to join and lead a dynamic R&D team.

Technical Architect required skills:
Strong Object Oriented Design knowledge 
Experience of building and structuring applications at a high level
Architecting solutions with a customer focus
Some man-management experience

Preferably the Technical Architect will have a Science or Mechanical Engineering 
background and an understanding or mathematical modelling, numerical techniques 
and fluid dynamics.

The Technical Architect will have a fantastic opportunity to become the subject 
matter expert for the product architecture of this cutting-edge application. 
Responsible for the high level architectural integrity of the product and 
formulating the vision for the future. Working within an agile environment, 
developing innovative solutions for challenges and enhancing functionality for 
the product.
