NUMECA is looking for a Design Optimization Scientist/Engineer, to join the 
NUMECA HQ.

In this role you will be involved in the development, enhancement and 
maintenance of a state-of-the art software suite for the multiobjective 
optimization of turbomachinery blades and channels, taking into account CFD 
criterions and mechanical constraints. Your tasks also include the enlargement 
of the domain of application to arbitrary geometries and multidisciplinary 
simulations.
It is expected from You to keep abreast of the latest trends and technology in 
the field of design optimization and to bring innovative solutions to the 
software.


Required experience and knowledge:


Master's Degree in Engineering, physics or mathematics is a prerequisite
In-depth knowledge and practice of CFD-based design optimization approaches
Good experience with C++ programming and software development
Knowledge in process management and parallel processing is an asset
Prior experience in software development is a must
