Convergent Science is a company that has been providing CFD consulting services
to the automotive and engine industries for over 15 years. More recently,
Convergent Science has developed a CFD software package, called CONVERGE, that
is a general CFD code and is ideally suited for engine simulations.

Convergent Science is seeking a full-time software development engineer. The
applicant's duties will include sub-model development and general code feature
implementation. Client on-site visits will be required and therefore the
interested applicant must be willing to travel. In addition to the technical
knowledge required for this position, applicants should be outgoing, creative
and highly motivated.

Requirements:

1) M.S. or Ph.D.in engineering or related field.
2) Extensive CFD knowledge.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4) Strong background in numerical algorithms.
5) Background in MPI and C programming.
6) Must be willing to travel.
7) Knowledge of internal combustion engine simulations is a plus.
8) Combustion, turbulence, and spray model knowledge is a plus.
9) Chemical Kinetics background is a plus.
