Tridiagonal Solutions is looking for a “Sales Director” for its new operation in 
the UK. The position will be based in Aberdeen, UK and will primarily look for 
promoting solutions and services of the company in the Oil and Gas industry. The 
person will be responsible for putting together and executing a sales and 
marketing plan for the industry. The person will be solely responsible for the 
revenue targets from the geography. This position will expand into a multi 
industry sales management role as Tridiagonal business grows in the geography.

Candidate Profile: 

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and relevant relationships in 
the industry
• Some exposure to subject matter of CFD, FEA and experimental flow 
modeling
• Proven sales track record
• Experience of working in a small and mid-sized firm with ability to 
communicate effectively in teleconferences, web meetings etc.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• A “Company builder” who does not mind doing a bit of running around to 
get a business operation started.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with about 7-10 years of professional 
experience of which at least 5 years in sales function (software or services). 
Equivalent business qualifications are acceptable
• UK Citizenship or Permanent residency status. No visa sponsorship will 
be provided.
