The position is suitable for programmers with knowledge and experience from the
development of graphical user interfaces (GUIs). Other relevant tasks may
include implementation of databases, web-interfaces, applications for mobile
devices, etc.
Job description:
- Developing pre- and post-processors for the computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
software FLACS
- Agile software development
- Test-driven software development
- Documentation, support and training
Qualifications:
- Experienced in working with Linux
- Excellent programming skills in C++ and Python
- Experience with the Qt API is an advantage
- Knowledge of 3D visualization is an advantage
Personal qualities:
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Well-developed communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to manage and control own workload
- Team player with a passion for programming
