The CFD Lab in McNeese State University College of Engineering is looking for a 
Master student in computational fluid dynamics for industrial applications; 
competitive salaries; close collaboration with the sponsor company. McNeese 
State University is located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, which is in middle of 
the Gulf corridor between Houston and New Orleans. Lake Charles area is one of 
the country’s major petrochemical industry centers with its deep-water port, 
abundance of oil and natural gas resources, and is one of the fastest growing 
areas in the country. 

Required:
•	B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
•	Strong written and communication skills.

Desired Skills:
•	Training in CFD and numerical methods
•	Programming in C++ and/or Fortran on Unix/Linux operating system
•	FLUENT, openFOAM
•	Industry experiences
 
Starting Date: mid-August, 2013
