I'm working with aerodynamic design and analysis of jet-engine components. My background is in Computational Fluid Dynamics, or more specifically, numerical simulation of fluid flow and heat transfer in aerospace applications, mainly turbomachinery and rockets. I'm currently employed by Volvo Aero Corporation, where I am a Company Specialist in Aerodynamics and CFD. Before I started at Volvo I was a Ph.D. student at the Department of Thermo and Fluid Dynamics, Chalmers University of Technology. I finished my Ph.D. there in January 1999. In 2009 I was also appointed Docent in Thermo and Fluid Dynamics at Chalmers. Docent is a Swedish academic title, roughly similar to an Associate Professor in the US.

I was in a very serious car accident in June 2006. Here are a few press pictures of the accident.
