A stub is a short article which is not complete yet. See it as an invitiation to anyone who finds it to expand and improve this article. To mark an article as a stub include the stub template at the bottom of the page with the following command:

A good stub article contains at least some short text to introduce the basic concept and the scope of the article.
Stubs serve an important role in that they make it possible to fairly quickly create a basic structure for a whole section. Stubs are also a very effective way to invite others to conribute to the Wiki.
All articles marked as stubs will automatically be included in Category:Stubs.
