19th Multiphase Flow Conference and Short Course
The goal of the conference is to bring together experimental and numerical practitioners from the academic research as well as from the industry and to foster discussions and exchange of knowledge.

Description:

Our Short Course, two days - from Monday noon until Wednesday noon, is designed to provide knowledge on the use of numerical and experimental methods for multiphase flows. The conference will take place after the Short Course from Wednesday noon until Friday noon. The keynote lecturers are: Prof. Rui Ni, Johns Hopkins University, USA who will talk on “Deformation and breakup of bubbles in turbulence by small eddies” and Prof. Iztok Tiselj, Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia with his lecture on “Stagnant Taylor bubble experiments in vertical counter-current flow”. You are invited to play a vital role in this conference by presenting your research and application results to a worldwide audience. This is a great opportunity to share your personal work and expose your company’s strengths on an international stage. The submission of the single-sided abstract will be possible at January 2nd 2023. Oral and poster presentations are welcome. Poster awards will be granted to the best 3 posters. Early bird registration will be possible from December 1st 2022 until April 30, 2023.
