lectures and hands-on tutorials

Students can expect to learn:

  • the main applications of CFD in the area of acoustics
  • best practices for using FLUENT to solve automotive acoustics problems, including use of the computational aeroacoustics model, broadband noise model, and acoustic analogy model

Students will have hands-on workstation time to complete tutorials on computational aeroacoustics, the acoustic analogy model, and broadband noise modeling.
