ESI Group is pleased to announce their participation in the 45th AIAA Aerospace Sciences Meeting and Exhibit at Reno, Nevada from 8-11 January 2007. ESI Group will exhibit and profile CFD-FASTRAN , the leading commercial CFD software for aerodynamic and aerothermodynamic applications.

Specifically designed to support the aerospace industry, CFD-FASTRAN employs state-of-the-art multiple moving body capability for simulating most complex problems including missile launch, maneuvering and staging, and aircraft flight dynamics and store separation. This density based finite-volume solver for compressible flows incorporates higher-order numerical schemes and advanced physical models to provide accurate and efficient solutions to complex engineering flow problems.

Louis Doggett, ESI Group’s CFD business Development Manager is enthusiastic about this meeting: “Computational Fluid Dynamics is increasingly associated with many disciplines of aerospace industry and the AIAA Reno show gives us an excellent opportunity to meet with the aerospace community from various parts of the world”.
