NUMECA: Fluid Structure Interaction for Flexible Wind Turbine Blade

NUMECA is proud to announce today its latest contribution to the Alliances Partner section of the SIMULIA Community News, regarding ‘Fluid structure interaction for flexible wind turbine blade’.

By focusing on the aero-elasticity of wind turbine blades, NUMECA’s article analyses the coupling of FINE/Open (the unstructured finite-volume flow solver of NUMECA International) and ABAQUS (the structural solver of Dassault System) in providing accurate prediction of aero-elastic effect on complex industrial configurations.
