I'm using hexablock option to mesh a cylinder part which is connected to another volume (simplified test, real geometry is more complex). I would like to use hexa block methodology in conjunction with another methodology mesh, BUT I want two meshes are completely connected. I'm able to create continuity for any kind of mesh except when I use hexablock meth.

Which is correct procedure to reach the goal?
Attached an example where hexablock is connected to tetra part without discontinuity.

hey
hex mesh using hexblock is best method for simple structures...
u can create connectivity between tet and hex by following step..
Do the hex mesh first
U have to project the solid hex to surface of shell where u going to generate tet
u get the quard at there
convert the quad to Rtria
then do tet
now u get right connectivity
bye
