After morge new part , I had the intersection , cure them does not work, use CONS> project> intersection , but the intersection of the faces , an unnecessary portion is not separated to remove it , how do I solve this problem?

Indeed Faces>Intersect is the correct approach.
However before using it ensure that you have no unchecked Faces
That is Faces that cannot be shaded.
In the legend of the left there are 4 unchecked faces reported
Right-click on the legend and select Show Only to see them.

Partially cut faces can get uncheched status.

Fix the unchecked problems, then use Faces>Intersect on a clean model.

Hope this helps
