please anyone can help me with this problem:

when complete geometry cleanup i went to check,penetration,intersection and i got some problems. when i tried to perform automatic fix it didn't work. please how can i solve this problem ???

You have to check manual where intersections are and after solve it manually. Often you cannot fix the problem automatically. It is better if you work on the geometry by yourself in order to have a good geometry for meshing process.
Try to delete the surface and replace it, or use intersection command.
