Volume mesh from layers in zero thickness walls

Hi!

I'm trying to generate a volume mesh from layers that are generated in zero thickness walls. The volume mesh is generated but it is not connected in the free edges areas as you can see in the following pictures.

I have a good surface mesh and the layers are generated without any problems. But after the volume mesh is done, intersection problems apper due to what I previously mentioned. Also, the DEFINE volume is done AFTER I have created the layers.

For my volume mesh I'm useing Hexa Interior due to its structured style with 3 buffer zones, the capability of generating pyramids.

Any advise? Thanks

Solved by selecting the "Collapse free edges" option when generating the layers in case any one wonders

Just for the record
These intersections were not a real problem.
When you grow layers in ANSA without the option collapse free edges
ANSA creates a non-conformal interface between the side quads of the laters
and the trias that the outer volume sees as its boundary.
