Dear CFD-online community,

I am meshing a geometry using ANSA and, whenever I try and generate a volume mesh using "Hexa Interior" or "Hexa Poly", the program would crash with the following error message:

"ANSA stopped working due to an unhandled error(11)!!!"

A dump file and an info dump file are generated but I don't know how the can be useful, as the first one is a binary file and the second one contains no useful information.

No problems arise when Tetra meshing is used for the volume. I have also used different shell meshing methods (tria, quad, mixed). They all work with tetra meshing but hexa-mode crashes in every scenario.

It is the first time I am using ANSA on this machine.

Anyone experienced something similar?
