Hi, I am trying to do a simple asymmetric wedge to model a confined jet flow.

I make the (1,0,0) plane and mesh the surface, then revolve the surface mesh (1 step, 5deg) to a volume mesh.

The revolve fails with error "Procedure failed. Invalid element along axis occured."

However, it is confusing as I had already revolved this surface mesh as a coarser mesh. When I refined it and tried to revolve the finer mesh I am getting this error.

Also, it is only 2 faces that will not revolve properly. The rest of the domain revolves.
